Cancellation Policy

By submitting a booking request or service inquiry with Chloe Zeno Management (CZM), you acknowledge and agree to the following: Service Availability Submitting a request, inquiry, or booking form does not guarantee acceptance of service or immediate availability. All requests are reviewed to determine fit, scope, scheduling, and service alignment. Project Scope & Pricing Service pricing listed on the website reflects standard package offerings and may vary based on project complexity, urgency, customization, revisions, additional deliverables, or scope adjustments. A final quote, proposal, or service agreement may be provided before work begins. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested materials, approvals, branding assets, content, and timely communication necessary to complete services efficiently. Delays in client response or required materials may impact project timelines. Payments Services requiring payment must be paid according to the agreed invoice, package terms, or payment plan schedule. Work may not begin until the required payment or deposit is received. Missed payments may result in project delays, paused services, or cancellation. Digital Service Policy Due to the customized nature of digital, administrative, consulting, and creative services, payments made for completed work, strategy sessions, consultations, design work, or initiated project services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Booking Changes & Cancellations Strategy sessions, consultations, and scheduled appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to forfeiture or rebooking requirements. Rush Requests Expedited or rush service requests may incur additional fees based on turnaround expectations and current workload availability. Communication Primary communication will occur through the agreed contact method (email, phone, scheduled meetings, or approved messaging platform). Response times may vary based on service level and business hours. Third-Party Platforms & Costs Clients are responsible for third-party subscription fees, software licenses, hosting, domain registration, premium tools, integrations, printing, advertising costs, or platform expenses unless explicitly included in a package.
