Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and strategic nature of consulting and administrative services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Sessions & Consultations​

• Missed or canceled sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.

• Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice at our discretion.​

Monthly Retainers​

• Retainer services are billed in advance.

• Partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

 

Exceptional Circumstances​

Any approved refund or credit will be issued solely at the discretion of Chloe Zeno Management.​
